Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Photo and video evidence showing the package before and during unboxing, including the defective or damaged item, is required.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
