Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photo and video evidence showing the package before and during unboxing, including the defective or damaged item, is required.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original item first.

  • Once the return is approved, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing may take additional time.
